Student Apartment Waqf Fund has been established on 2019 after getting approval from Jawatankuasa Tertinggi Kewangan Universiti 46th Bil.2/2019.

This fund is created as an initiative for Bahagian Pendanaan, Pusat Keusahawanan, Jaringan Industri dan Masyarakat which now is known as Unit Pendanaan, Jabatan Bendahari to assist university in obtaining funds and subsequently be able to develop waqf land that has been waqf by Ustaz Hassan bin Hj Arshad.

11 Million Ringgits in total by the year 2026 are needed for the construction of 44 units of apartments which is estimated RM 250,000 per unit.
